By accessing or using the myBillPlease platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decoway Lifestyle Private Limited (CIN: U47591UP2024PTC203644), the company that owns and operates myBillPlease, with its registered office at Sadarpur Colony, Gali No. 7, GB Nagar, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
myBillPlease is a GST-compliant billing and invoicing platform designed for Indian businesses. The Service includes, but is not limited to, GST invoicing and billing, inventory management, expense tracking, party and product management, GST return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B), Shopify integration for e-commerce businesses, and reporting and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. myBillPlease will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
myBillPlease offers multiple subscription tiers: a Free plan (no charge, limited features), a Starter plan (paid monthly or annually), and a Pro plan (paid monthly or annually). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
The myBillPlease platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is the exclusive property of myBillPlease and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you shall not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; use the Service to commit fraud, generate false invoices, or engage in any deceptive practices; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent; or abuse, harass, or harm other users of the Service. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myBillPlease and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to myBillPlease in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless myBillPlease, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
